2. Scope
This policy covers the public website and early-access / waitlist communications. It does not describe customer project data processed inside the PinkGarden product for enterprise customers under a separate agreement.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

- Request content such as the SAP requirement or project description you choose to share
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and basic server or CDN logs
- Usage data such as pages visited and referring URLs, if analytics are enabled
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through this website.

- Automatically through hosting, security, and (if enabled) analytics tooling when you visit the site

- Respond to Clean Core Sprint and product inquiries (legitimate interests and/or steps prior to a contract)

- Comply with legal obligations where applicable

With your consent, we also load HubSpot analytics/tracking (EU) to understand site usage and improve Pinkgarden. You can Accept analytics or choose Essential only in the cookie banner. You can change that choice anytime via Cookie settings.

11. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The website is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
